About the role
Provide first-opinion consultations and clinical assessments.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in Warrington, Cheshire to find a Veterinary Surgeon.
Practice and facilities
- Recently refurbished RCVS-accredited hospital with a varied caseload and modern clinical facilities.
- Facilities include multiple operating theatres, advanced imaging and diagnostic equipment, a dental suite and endoscopy.

What you will be doing
- Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures and manage inpatient care.
- Lead or contribute to diagnostic investigations and case management.
- Develop personal clinical interests with support to pursue further qualifications.
Working pattern
Team and
- Four-day working week with a supportive and flexible rota.
- Four weekend shifts in a 12-week block; no routine out-of-hours/on-call requirement.
Development
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team with access to mentorship and ongoing professional development.
- Dedicated CPD allowance and structured career development support to help progress clinical interests.
