About the role
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their pets.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in Shoreham-by-Sea to find a Veterinary Surgeon.
What you will be doing
- Work up and manage your own cases.
- Undertake routine consultations and surgery.
- Refer or escalate complex, emergency or hospitalised cases to the nearby hospital team for further management.
Working pattern
- Full-time role, typically 40 hours per week across a four-day week (08:00 to 18:00).
- Time is split between two local clinics, typically two days at each site.
- Flexible or part-time applications are considered.
- 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Team and support
- Clinic-based role with access to a purpose-built nearby hospital for diagnostic, surgical and emergency support.
- Colleagues, including certificate holders, are available for case discussion.
- Occasional sole charge may be required.

Location
- Coastal Sussex location with easy access to beaches and the South Downs.
