The Role

A nurse-led veterinary clinic in Rhyl, North Wales is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an environment where RVNs are trusted to use their skills fully, and the clinic is exceptionally well equipped to support that. The working pattern is 40 hours per week across four days, with 2 in 9 Saturday days.

The Practice

This clinic is operated by the only veterinary Community Interest Company in the UK. As a CIC, the primary focus is on delivering its mission rather than maximising profit, which shapes how the team works and how decisions are made. The clinic has nine consulting rooms, a dedicated end-of-life room, four theatres, a dental suite, an X-ray suite, a diagnostics room, and separate dog and cat wards. The team is friendly and collaborative, and the clinic has been designed to provide a calm, comfortable environment for patients and staff alike.

By Month Three: You will be contributing confidently across the full range of clinical duties and making full use of the clinic's facilities.

By Month Six: You will be a trusted and well-established member of the nursing team, working in an environment that genuinely supports your professional autonomy.
