A small, friendly, 100% small-animal practice in the heart of Redditch is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a close-knit team. RCVS Practice Standards Scheme registered, the practice offers a supportive and enjoyable place to work where everyone plays their part.
You will be joining a team of 4 FTE Vets, 6 RVNs, 4 Receptionists and 1 Practice Manager. The team works collaboratively across all areas of the practice, making it a cohesive and positive environment.
You will have plenty of clinical freedom to work up your own cases while enjoying support from a dedicated and friendly team.
The practice is committed to helping the team grow. You will benefit from funded and encouraged CPD, opportunities for mentoring with visiting peripatetic surgeons, and access to a Learning Hub and specialist network through the wider group.
