Candor Vets is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a dedicated team at a modern, purpose-built practice in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically excellent individual to drive continuous improvement in clinical standards and services, whilst fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
The successful Head Veterinary Surgeon will be a pivotal member of the management team. The role requires a high level of clinical expertise and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. This position is ideal for someone comfortable in a leadership capacity, possessing the drive and passion to execute a strategic vision, and to coach and inspire colleagues to consistently provide gold-standard, evidence-based veterinary care.
The required working pattern is 4 days a week, with a 1:4 weekend rota.
