This role is for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse seeking to advance their career as a Night Coordinator within a well-established, referral-level hospital in Surrey. It offers the opportunity to lead a night team and shape inpatient care while remaining clinically hands-on.
The successful candidate will act as the steady centre of the night team, coordinating workflow and guiding less experienced colleagues. This involves overseeing inpatient care across the hospital overnight, supporting both RVNs and Veterinary Care Assistants in real time, and ensuring clear communication across departments. You will still be very much hands-on clinically, working with complex cases in a fast-paced referral setting.
This is a well-established, referral-level hospital in Surrey, renowned for delivering exceptional inpatient care overnight. The practice is committed to building on its reputation for high standards, providing a dynamic environment where no two nights are the same.
If this sounds like the right next step, we would be glad to tell you more.
