Registered Veterinary Nurse (Night Coordinator)

This role is for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse seeking to advance their career as a Night Coordinator within a well-established, referral-level hospital in Surrey. It offers the opportunity to lead a night team and shape inpatient care while remaining clinically hands-on.

The Role

The successful candidate will act as the steady centre of the night team, coordinating workflow and guiding less experienced colleagues. This involves overseeing inpatient care across the hospital overnight, supporting both RVNs and Veterinary Care Assistants in real time, and ensuring clear communication across departments. You will still be very much hands-on clinically, working with complex cases in a fast-paced referral setting.
