About the role
Provide first‑opinion veterinary care for feline patients at a cat‑only clinic.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in Worthing, West Sussex to find a Veterinary Surgeon.
What you will be doing
- Perform routine procedures and dental treatment and manage cases as sole charge when required.
- Triage and liaise with local emergency and referral teams for more complex cases.
Clinical work
- Caseload focussed on feline medicine and surgery, including routine and more advanced cases.
- Opportunity to broaden clinical skills and work with experienced clinicians.
Working pattern
- Full‑time or part‑time will be considered.
- A four‑day working week is typical for full‑time staff, with rostering to include weekends on a rota basis.
Team and support
- Supported by an established team of veterinary professionals and access to occupational health resources.
- Collaborative working with nearby emergency and referral services for out‑of‑hours and complex cases.
Development
- Generously funded CPD with certificate funding available and opportunities for clinical development.
Location
- Based at a cat‑only clinic in Worthing, West Sussex.
