About the role
Provide surgery-focused clinical care, with three days out of four devoted to surgical work.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire to find a Veterinary Surgeon.
What you will be doing
- Independently manage more complex soft-tissue surgical cases in a first-opinion hospital environment.
- Mentor and support other veterinary surgeons to develop surgical skills and clinical confidence.
- Manage a varied caseload reflecting accessible, affordable veterinary services.
Working pattern
- 40 hours per week, four-day week.

- New 24/7 veterinary hospital opening January 2027 offering continuous patient care and emergency services.
Development
- Funded CPD and paid professional fees; opportunities for clinical development and team-based mentorship.
