About the role
Deliver high-quality patient care across consultations, routine surgery and case management.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in St Johns Wood, London to find a Veterinary Surgeon.
What you will be doing
- Work alongside veterinary and nursing colleagues to provide efficient, evidence-based care.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality-improvement work and patient safety reporting.
- Maintain clinical standards in line with RCVS requirements and share learning with the team.
Team and support
- Report to a Clinical Director and work within an experienced, collaborative clinical team.
- Take part in formal appraisals, mentoring and development conversations.
- Contribute to case discussion and support junior colleagues where appropriate.
Practice and facilities
- Busy first-opinion practice with a varied small animal caseload.
- Modern consulting and surgical facilities to support clinical work.
Development
- Ongoing CPD support and opportunities for clinical development, audit and shared learning.
- Support for professional development and progression within the clinical team.
