About the role

Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in St Albans, Hertfordshire to find a Veterinary Surgeon.
What you will be doing
- Working closely with veterinary and nursing teams to provide an efficient, joined-up clinical service.
- Maintaining clinical standards in line with RCVS requirements and contributing to clinical audits and quality-improvement initiatives.
- Supporting accurate charging and the appropriate use of products.
Clinical work
- Performing a variety of surgical procedures and applying strong diagnostic skills to develop effective treatment plans.
- Managing cases from consultation through to surgical and post-operative care.
Team and support
- Collaborating with colleagues to share cases and clinical learning.
- Supporting the development of others through coaching and constructive feedback where appropriate.
Development
- Commitment to continuous learning and CPD, with opportunities to share learning across the team.
- Room to grow professionally within the practice.
Working pattern
- Permanent, on-site role.
