About the role
Provide hands-on clinical nursing alongside leadership responsibilities.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in Molesey, Surrey to find a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse.
What you will be doing
- Maintain clinical and organisational standards to deliver excellent patient care.
- Mentor, teach and develop nursing colleagues to improve skills and confidence.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the wider team.
Team and support
- Lead and support an established nursing team of approximately six nurses.
- Work alongside a veterinary team of approximately four veterinary surgeons.
- Provide coaching and structured support to develop colleagues’ clinical ability.

- Four-day working week.
