About the role
Provide advanced nursing care for patients receiving orthopaedic and neurological treatment during twilight hours.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in Godalming, Surrey to find a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
What you will be doing
- Deliver nursing support across the patient journey from admission and anaesthesia/surgery through recovery and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and observe high attention to detail in a busy clinical setting.
Working pattern
- Typically between 19:00 and 01:00, Monday–Wednesday; alternative days or hours may be discussed for the right candidate.
Team and support
- New staff complete a 12-week induction training scheme and are assigned a nursing mentor.
- Ongoing support includes quarterly one-to-one meetings and a yearly appraisal.
- Monthly internal lectures delivered by the nursing team to share knowledge and clinical learning.
Development
