About the role
Use a broad range of nursing skills within a structured six-week rota that includes a full week off.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in Abergavenny, Gwent to find a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
What you will be doing
- Support routine surgery and diagnostic imaging.
- Run nurse consultations and contribute to inpatient care.
- Use a broad range of nursing skills across the rota.
Working pattern
- Follow a structured six-week rolling rota across procedures, consulting, theatre, kennels and inpatient nights.
- Receive one full week off in each six-week cycle.
- Work one Saturday during the six-week cycle.
Team and support
- Join an experienced nursing and clinical team.
- Receive full training and support where sole-charge experience is still developing.
Development
- Receive three CPD days and a £600 annual allowance.
- Access ongoing training and career progression support.
