About the role
Provide surgical nursing, including general anaesthetic monitoring and accurate anaesthetic record keeping.
Candor Vets is working with an established veterinary practice in London, Greater London to find a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
Clinical work
- Participate in nurse consultations and routine screening (including auscultation and sample collection).
- Administer treatments, assist the clinical team during procedures and maintain comprehensive clinical notes.
Working pattern
- Fast-paced, hands-on role in a busy clinic with an active nurse consult rota.
- Requires initiative and the ability to work independently when needed.
Team and support
- Work alongside experienced veterinary professionals and fellow nursing staff.
- Follow established clinical protocols and contribute to maintaining high standards of nursing care.
Practice and facilities
- Modern, purpose-designed clinic environment with in-house practice management systems.
- Responsibilities include maintaining clinical cleanliness, disinfecting surgical rooms, managing stock and equipment care.
